All events are organised in local hubs, reducing the need for travel, teacher cover, and complex logistics, giving schools the benefits of competitive sport without the added pressure.
Our festivals are designed to celebrate a healthy sense of competition while ensuring every fixture is fair, balanced, and enjoyable. Our highly qualified staff apply appropriate handicaps where needed, introducing tailored rules to create an inclusive environment that challenges and supports all participants.
Leading our team is Jake Duxbury, a qualified teacher with eight years’ experience as both a classroom practitioner and PE Lead across two schools. Jake’s mission at White Rose is to create meaningful, active opportunities for every young person we work with. Alongside his role as Learning and Development Manager, he also serves as Head of Rugby at a local club, reflecting his deep commitment to community sport and the development of young talent.
