Leon Taylor – Assistant Coach
Leon brings both energy and organisation to every session he supports. Currently assisting with rugby academy coaching at LLS, Brighouse for students aged 16-18, Leon is also an active coach at Baildon C of E, where he leads engaging after-school sessions in various sports, including dodgeball. With extensive experience in primary and SEN schools, Leon has become a familiar and friendly presence in the community, known for his approachable style and commitment to making sports accessible and enjoyable for all.

- Session Preparation & Equipment Management: Ensures all coaches have the necessary equipment pre- and post-session, setting up an efficient, seamless environment for both players and coaches.
- Assisting Sessions: Brings his expertise in warm-up routines to each session, setting a high-energy, positive tone that players and students love.

Secret Skill: Grade 12 in the whistle—Leon masterfully uses his whistle skills to keep sessions lively and engaging. He’s also known to be a try-scoring machine for the Bumble Bees RUFC.
Proudest Rugby Moment: Being selected to compete in the Bilbao Mixed Ability World Cup, with another tour lined up for next summer in Pamplona. Leon is equally proud of his iconic warm-up routines that players anticipate and enjoy.
