At White Rose Rugby, we take pride in delivering inclusive and engaging programmes designed to inspire every young person to reach their full potential.
Our team of specialist coaches work closely with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and Alternative Provision settings, delivering bespoke sessions that focus on both sport and leadership development. Each programme is uniquely designed in partnership with the school to meet the specific needs of its pupils, ensuring every child is supported to learn, grow, and succeed. Our sessions can cover all the sports and leadership programmes that White Rose offers, creating a fully tailored experience for every setting we work with.
We are also proud to employ two Mixed Ability Apprentices who serve as outstanding role models for young people with additional needs. Their enthusiasm, resilience, and passion for sport help to inspire others, demonstrating that rugbyband physical activity more broadly—is truly for everyone. Through their work and our inclusive approach, White Rose Rugby continues to champion accessibility, confidence, and positive opportunities for all.
